Add the dairy-free yogurt starter culture to the warm almond milk and whisk until fully dissolved. Alternatively, you can open 1-2 capsules of dairy-free probiotics and stir them into the almond milk.
  3. Incubate: Pour the inoculated almond milk into a clean glass jar or yogurt maker and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.
  4. Incubate: Place the jar in a warm spot, such as an oven with the light on or a yogurt maker, and let it incubate for 6-12 hours. The longer it incubates, the tangier the yogurt will become.
  5. Check Consistency: After the desired incubation time, check the consistency of the yogurt. It should have thickened and resembled the consistency of regular yogurt.
